My work is to do as much good as possible.. for as many people as I can.. for as long as I am here.
Build well. Love well. Leave the world better.
I run Gray Group International.. a portfolio that spans home services, AI, media, advertising, and SDG commerce. The portfolio funds what I actually came here to do: the writing, the talks, and the long conversations that change the room they happen in.
The companies are how I earn the freedom to keep doing the deeper work. The math problem, the essays, the talks I have not given yet.. that is the work itself. I am not in a hurry. Now is the only time there is.
On the table this month
Repositioning Crowd & Courage as a horizontal belief-staking protocol. Sequencing the next wave of gardenpatch apps into the channels that actually move them. Drafting the next consciousness essay.

A man who builds life from purpose.
You don't have to finish the mountain today. Just carry one solid rock up the hill, stack it.. and rest with dignity.
If you want it, you can make it happen. Just two more feet. Find a way.

The pattern
I have been doing this since I was seven.
Second grade, Pokemon cards at recess. Fourth grade, candy out of a backpack. Fourteen, iPhones on Craigslist. Sixteen, Apple.. where I learned what it looks like when a company actually loves its people on purpose. Drum major in high school. The first business with a real team by twenty.
Decades later, the instinct has not changed. See what is possible. Make it real. Do it for people you actually care about. The scale of the work is the only thing that grew.

Back in Brasil with my parents. The country that lives in me whether I am there or not.

What I do
Three rooms. Same conversation.
They look like three different careers from the outside. From the inside, they are one thing.. an ongoing conversation about what we get to become.
Founder of Gray Group International. Real revenue, real teams, real customers. The boring discipline that pays for everything else.
See the ecosystem →On AI agent armies, the multi-company operator playbook, faith-driven entrepreneurship, and the part most founders never talk about: fear, shame, identity, and the cost of standing alone.

The engines pulling in the same direction.
The portfolio runs deep. These are the umbrellas the rest of the work lives under.. and the one family office that stands beside them.

Going Home · the work that holds the rest together
The math problem I cannot put down.
The Santana Principle
“Sufficient awareness guarantees return.”
My philosophical reading of what the math might mean. Not the proof. The shape of the bet underneath it.
The Collatz Conjecture is ninety years old. Take any positive integer; halve it if it's even, triple-it-and-add-one if it's odd; repeat. Every number ever tested falls eventually to 1. Nobody has proved why it must.
I am not close to a proof. I am close to understanding why nobody else is either.. and to noticing what kind of system the conjecture lives inside. That noticing is what I am writing toward.
The math, the companies, the talks.. same project, different surfaces. All of it is Going Home.
Run a number · the Collatz Conjecture
Pick any positive integer, up to a trillion. Halve if even, triple-plus-one if odd, repeat. Watch it go home.

Every positive integer ever tested falls eventually to 1. Nobody has proved why it must, including me.. and the gap between “every number ever tested” and “every positive integer” is the gap I am trying to live inside long enough to learn what it teaches.
What I believe
The sentence underneath every other sentence.
Become the truest version of yourself. Then build a room wide enough for everyone doing the same. Everything else is a draft.
Six principles hold up the sentence. The long version of each lives on the next page.
The six principles →From the consciousness essay
“Truth is more important than comfort. Always. Not because truth is pleasant, but because decisions made on false foundations collapse.. and the collapse hurts more than the truth would have.”

The talk most founders never give.
I'll talk about AI agents and autonomous orgs all day. I'll walk you through how a single operator runs an agent-native portfolio. I'll sit on a panel about the future of work.
But the talk I want to give.. the one I'm building a life around.. is the one most founders refuse to give. The one about fear. About shame. About identity. About the cost of standing alone long enough to build something true. About what happens when you stop performing the version of yourself you were assigned.
If your audience is ready for that one, we should talk.

Las Vegas before sunrise. This is the land that taught me what dispatching a hundred trucks actually costs.

Most decisions get made on the road. A book, a backseat, an hour to think. The 2 AM essay started here, not at a desk.
The thinking road

Out of the office. The only times I think clearly are the ones I had to walk to.

The captions matter more than the photos.. and the photos are still accumulating.
Horizons
I get my best ideas somewhere I am not from.
The portfolio is built sitting still. The thinking that holds it together is built moving. Las Vegas grounds the operator.. everywhere else loosens the writer. One body, two physics.

Kyoto. The first place that taught me how to be still.
Japan

The hour between gates. The best thinking time I get.
Transit

Aisle, seat, headphones, decisions. Half the calls happen here.
